One of them is market size but there are many others like piracy rate and laws that govern virtual products. It is obvious that we fail the piracy test really bad but I have been told that our laws for such services are remarkably unclear.

Yeah, they wouldn’t. Indeed, the actual name of “Windows Phone 7” is “Linux Phone 7”, that’s why 90% of the world was skipped in the v 1.0 of the Windows Phone Marketplace!

This is what MS has been doing. I am buying stuff online why the hell do they care where I live?

My hope for both WP7 Marketplace and Xbox Live is in Windows 8. I believe they wouldn’t want to skip any market when the product is called Windows.
